Welcome to Tenda Asian Fusion, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Brooklyn on 1734 Sheepshead Bay Rd. This vibrant eatery brings together the best of Malaysian and Japanese cuisine, creating an exceptional culinary experience that delights food enthusiasts and casual diners alike. With a cuisine that melds rich flavors and fresh ingredients, Tenda has something for everyone, from intricate sushi rolls to heartwarming traditional dishes.

On my recent visit, I was enamored by the diverse offerings that showcase the restaurant's commitment to quality and innovation. The Iso Fantastic Roll, featuring spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado wrapped in delicate soy paper and topped with wasabi sauce, made a tantalizing start. Each bite was a burst of flavor, a true testament to chef's artistry. The Paradise Roll followed, with its exciting combination of shrimp tempura, spicy lobster, and even fried banana, harmoniously complemented by a rich mango sauce. The creativity here is unmatched.

Among the regular rolls, the Spicy Tuna Roll stood out at just $3.95, offering fresh, high-quality ingredients without breaking the bank. Not surprisingly, customers rave about their flavorful dishes, as evidenced by Elena B., an avid Asian cuisine devotee. She described Tenda as "a rear hidden Asian Food Heaven", emphasizing the unique taste and variety that keeps her returning time and again.

The allure of Tenda extends beyond the sushi. Diners like Inna K. often share their excitement about the Malaysian offerings, like the delightful ramen, while Jessica W. extolled the virtues of perfectly caramelized sea bass—a dish that, without a doubt, leaves a lasting impression. The emphasis on quality is palpable in each plate served, and the affordability of the menu is positively refreshing.

Atmosphere plays a significant role in the Tenda experience; the spacious dining area radiates a warm, welcoming vibe—perfect for both casual dining or special occasions. Recent renovations have added to the charm, making it an inviting space for sushi lovers and explorers of Asian cuisine alike.

In a bustling city like Brooklyn, Tenda Asian Fusion stands out as a culinary beacon, blending cultures and flavors while ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied. What a GEM! For those who loves Asian food ( Malaysian/Japanese), or just exotic food lovers-that's the rear hidden Asian Food Heaven... I'm an Asian food affeciado and always try different Asian Thai/Malaysian places... The quality/variety/taste of dishes in Tenda so unique! You wouldn't find anything similar what they have. Some dishes in the menu were might sound familiar, like in another places... but taste!!! Their menu would drive you crazy- so many choices... and trying it once-you will be coming back again and again. Very welcoming ambience, not cheap decoration, large space. Prices super affordable, especially for that kind of quality... big portions and friendly stuff... love that place!

Some of the best sea bass I have ever had. It was so tender and caramelized to perfection. Will definitely come back to get some more again. I have also ordered sushi from this establishment before and I love it.

The hot fried oysters appetizer and the cucumber avocado (w shrimp, seaweed and tobiko) salad were very stellar. The calamari was a bit over fried and not memorable. The sushi lunch was ok.
